Shipping unframed artworks

Cowan and Sons can ships unframed artworks worldwide. You can place an online order or purchase in person at Cowan and Sons in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. See below for our shipping rates for unframed artwork for the UK, Europe, United States and Canada

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail and are sent using a tracked service.

CLICK AND COLLECT : Free

UNITED KINGDOM : 1-3 Days - £10.00 per order

EUROPE/UNITED STATES/CANADA : 5-7 Days - £25.00 per order

For International orders, please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.

Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Returns

Cowan and Sons are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However if not, please return within 14 days of receipt in the original condition. Purchases should be returned to the us at the following address:

Cowan and Sons cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled cancel your purchase and receive a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the purchase must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost.

If you have purchased a print edition we would strongly recommend not opening your print until you take it to a framer to ensure it is only handled by an experienced art handlers. And if you do find your print to be not to your taste, we strongly recommend you ask a framer or art handler to roll it back up for you to return, as often in the re-rolling stage, they can sustain damage, and you will not qualify for a refund.

All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.

All refunds will be processed in GBP. We cannot be held accountable to changes in exchange rates.
